discontent creations is a boutique management and creative studio working with a small number of creators, founders, and mission-driven projects. We focus on long-term creative development, thoughtful partnerships, and systems that allow talent to build sustainable careers without burning out or selling out.

We work with creators, educators, and founders building something meant to last. Many of our clients sit at the intersection of creativity, technology, education, and community.
Our roster is intentionally small. This is not an accident.
do you do brand/agency work?

Yes, selectively.
We partner with a small number of brands on creator-led campaigns, performance creative, and long-term programs. We’re most interested in work that values fit, clarity, and actual audience trust over scale for scale’s sake.
how are creators represented?

Representation is transparent, relational, and built for the long term.
Terms vary by scope, but we don’t do volume models or extractive arrangements. We also don’t sign creators we don’t believe in, which simplifies a lot of conversations.
In this instance, discontent is the impulse to keep asking better questions. It’s the creative tension that shows up when something works, but you’re not done with it. The instinct to iterate, reframe, and explore what’s next rather than stop at what’s acceptable.
